Best pastries ever. Being a diabetic I can honestly say it was well worth the massive dose of insulin so I could indulge in this guilty pleasure. The staff at Wally's are amazing. Make sure to check it out.

It's a wonderful bakery, the new owners have kept the original recipes and do a really good job baking them. No complaints at all.

Long standing business that is working on expanding their walk in retail business. I got a variety pack for the weekend. I love petit fours and these are tasty and fresh. I cant wait to try all of their Pastry options.

Cute place with dedicated staff and delightful in-house products. Enjoyed the variety of gelato. I got an enthusiastic response from friends on the cookie assortment platter I picked up.

One bite will change your life, mark your calendar for Friday it's worth it! The carrot cake dessert ball/truffle is to die for, and the best dark chocolate cake ever not dry or bitter. I will be back can't wait for your new space to open soon next door with expanded hours!

H0RRIBLE EXPERIENCE I JUST MOVE TO KCMO DOWNTOWN AND I WAS LOOKING FOR A BAKERY , AND I SAW THIS LOCATION AND I STOP BY FIRST TIME AND I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , I WAS LETTING THE PEOPLE KNOW IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY CANT HELP ME OR ANYTHING . RUDE PEOPLE .NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE OWNER BUT THEY ACT LIKE THEY DIDN'T WANNA KNOWLEDGE AS A CUSTOMER .Well to be honest I think it was the owner or something in charge because it didn't look like a normal employee and that's why I left because even if it was the manager or owner it wasn't appropriate how they greet people when I'm letting you know it was my first time , it was not a nice welcome or anything .

There are going through some renovations right now. Items to buy are limited. But honestly anything they do have is delicious so you can’t go wrong.I got some petit fours, cake and rum bon bons.The staff is wonderful. Got to hear about the history of the store and learn more about their amazing baked goods. The owner is so nice and has a wonderful vision for the future of Wally’s.Definitely give it a try!

Extremely disappointed in the quality and professionalism of Wallys. After reading reviews I really expected more from a shop this old. I ordered a cake 8 days before needing to pick it up. I Called the day before, because they were supposed to call with a pick-up time, they had no idea about the cake, then what they did end up making was underwhelming and sloppy. I would not recommend this place at all. I've also never seen a bakery that didn't have things available for purchase when you walked in.
