I've only eaten at Wendy's a few times in my life. I was hesitant on going to this location because of the reviews. However my experience was pretty good. Got through the drive thru line quickly, the lady was very polite, food was hot and fresh. No complaints, except for my receipt that was in my fries. That's a pet peeve of mine.

Service was great. Stephanie saw that I was limping and took my food to my car for me. She was very accommodating. I'm referring to the location at 13601 Madison Ave KCMO. She is definitely an asset to Wendy's. Thank you Stephanie.

Food was typical & edible. The service sucked. Attitude, Attitude, Attitude & they accused me of throwing Attitude when thwy handed me the wrong food. I ordered on line to pick up at the drive through, gave my name. Thwy had trouble hearing me & I couldn't hear them at all because of the lawn care service by the drive through. But, what they didn't know was that I had someone on the phone blue tooth over the car who heard the whole interaction & was...
