Out of the last 10 times I ordered from this Whataburger, the order they gave me was wrong 9 of them(once completely wrong, and the other 8 was missing items ordered and paid for). This is easily remedied at the restaurant but if it was delivered, the store blames the delivery service for the missing items. Unfortunately, whataburger seals the bags so the driver is unable to check the order is correct...

Called this location to see if an order was still at their location for delivery. The order had been picked up already by another driver (aka stolen). This location offered to remake the order for me! I've NEVER had a restaurant offer to do that, unfortunately, the customer cxl on my way to them. This is great service in my book, thank you guys for offering!

Had to be the dirtiest Whataburger in the city. Been to several locations, this location has sticky floors throughout, had to ask them to empty the trash to dump my waste.... Same guy that is on register emptied trash, yet never washed his hands and continued to hand customers drink cups.... Bathrooms smelled horribly bad also.... Makes me wonder what the kitchen and coolers look like... I will not return to this location. And ya, cleaned my own table top off.

First let me start by saying the hamburgers are always delicious and I love them. I do rate low on the fries though. This is my third time having Whataburger and the service was not very good. I work in as a host/food runner in a restaurant and I have worked in the Pizza Industry so I very much know working with the public can be stressful and I’m typically understanding. Although, the girl that helped me at the window was incredibly rude. The windows open and I try to hand her my card. She says “What’s the name of your order.” So I tell her my name but I’m confused because the guy who took my order didn’t ask for my name. So naturally I say “I didn’t order my food online.” And then the girl rudely says, “This isn’t togo food it’s for my drive through.” Treating me like I’m dumb. (Okay girl sorry I’m confused why you’re asking me for my name when the last two times I’ve been here I’ve never been asked for my name. 😒) she then proceeded to fill my drinks and then rudely says with an attitude “Here are your straws have a GREAT night.” I know I’m not being overdramatic because when I drove away the first thing my boyfriend said was, “that girl was really nasty towards you.” Like I’ve mentioned as someone who works with the public this is not acceptable. I typically am a very understanding person but this girls attitude was uncalled for.

I ordered online for the wrong place. I went to pick it up where I thought I ordered it. I called the Berry road. Whataburger Michael? H, he helped me out, got it to where I got it from the independent store. He was a big help and saved me a long time. I really appreciate everything he did. Thank you whataburger and great job.
