Not that good! The hamburger patty is so thin you can see through! Can hardly taste the beef. I had bacon on mine. It was more like a blt. You want a good burger for less money go to Chili’s or David burger.

The Food is amazing and the customer service was on point
I walked in to get lunch to take to my uncle (who now loves Whataburger!) and Grandma. I asked for a drink carrier, as I had to carry the food up the hill to the apartments. They didn’t think the had a carrier, but the went and looked again and found one. They were nice enough to get me set up with a bag and carrier to haul the drinks along with my large bag of food. Love the service here!!

The manager was extremely rude! We waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. She simple stated, we're busy...there were 4 cars in the parking lot and 1 car in front of me. When she finally handed me our order, I had to ask for my change! Will not be back. This was the 2nd chance given to them. No more!

WHATAWASTE ... Perhaps the most uninteresting, bland, and boring burger I've suffer-swallowed in years. The only two good parts of my visit to this restaurant were that my brother paid for the meal, and the burger tray was reusable during my entire visit to Kansas City.... I used it as both a plate and a bowl while staying at my friend's house. I might come back for another tray sometime, but I won't be back for another burger.

The place was clean. The food was good. The burgers were way bigger than expected which is a plus. The workers were friendly and patient as my boyfriend and I each took our time deciding what we wanted. 100% recommend this place.
Manager was kind, I was given the wrong salad and it was replaced. But when I arrived home my salad with grilled chicken was salty.

I love their burgers. I get them without pickles and onions though. I think if the onions were slices thin and not chopped up. I would eat them on my burger
