They took away the bacon blaze burger so upsetting it was the only good burger on the menu everything else is trash bring it back

Don’t take the right lane when going through the drive thru. It took us 30 minutes, and the left lane had 16 cars pass us before we got served. Insane.

Cashier messed up our order. Waited for a while for food. Asked for mayonnaise and never got it. Burgers were dry and hard. No napkins at the drink station. Would not recommend at all.

The employee that took my order and helped me was really patient and not rude, which is nice to experience.

I stop in for lunch when in the area and never had any issues. I mainly eat the breakfast sandwiches but I do like their fries and burgers.

Sandwiches were LITERALLY SLATHERED in sauces, to the point where the wrapper was saturated and I threw it out instead of eating it. Which I don't do! I definitely understand sometimes u gotta eat stuff cuz it's food & ur hungry. But it was just too gross. I don't have my vehicle and live a half hour away so trying to get a refund or edible food wasn't possible. The messed up part is how much better the food was than the service was! For one, the child taking my order must have not been paying attention cuz if she was that means she's just not the sharpest crayon in the box! And the mgr who was as from an authority figure as u can get was lying straight to my face telling me what my friend & I ordered. Like I can be gaslight into thinking I really ordered 3 meals for 2 ppl! Ridiculous on so many levels! AND IT TOOK FOREVER, TOO!!! Literally was there for a half an hour! And it wasn't that busy, either! I will never go there again & hope reading this helps someone else decide not to go!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. My recent visit involved an unusually slow service experience, and when I attempted to address this with the general manager, I was met with excuses and a lack of accountability, culminating in the call being disconnected. Furthermore, I contacted customer care approximately a month ago regarding this matter and have yet to receive a follow-up. This situation suggests a potential disregard for customer satisfaction, which is particularly disappointing given my appreciation for Whataburger's food quality.

My boyfriend was in town from St.Louis & he had to get his Chicken patty melt w/ the honey butter sauce & i agree, it is sooo good! Large fries=good & finally tried the Dr. Pepper blackberry icecream, it was oddly tasty? I got some chicken tenders this meal a fries & sprite, all was good.
