As many times as I have eaten here this last pick up was the worst as it was totally disgusting and I paid over $30 for food. The fries you might as well not even cook them. They were not done and then to serve that to people is horrible. That has to be against sanitation codes…and my chicken, you could’ve kept it because it looked like it had been picked over or a starved before it was fried…to top it off not offer at least one ranch with the meal for free and then try to upcharge $.30 cents for ranch come on man How are you gonna keep loyal customers coming when you served undercooked food and trying to get over

I tried this place for the first time on 6/30. I got the fish fillets with fries, slaw, and a tehitian treat. Ordering was done online and I picked it up at the walk up window. The man and lady who were serving were so nice! Great customer service. After getting my food I had to go back to my office on 34th, once I got to my desk and opened the bag, everything was still crispy and hot! I appreciate that they put the food in paper bags and not Styrofoam containers. The food didn't get soggy from the steam. I will definitely be back. Food was delicious!

They want to charge $15 for a plate but be stingy with the fries. Black business is hard to support in Kansas City. Chicken so small it looks like it's on a diet.

They service is ridiculous slow then they giving you chicken bites for your chicken strips and telling you like chicken tenders like chicken strips and tenders ain’t the same thing And a service is trash

Hot up the food truck on armor today. Food was ridiculously good. Chicken crispy. Fries crispy. Plus the dude running the truck was super cool. Thanks for coming through with good eats man.

Use to be the best wings ever, last few times I have gone there the regular wings not tasting right.. the extra thick crust as if the wings were recooked are terrible or double dipped, I don’t know what it is with the thick crust but I don’t like it..

A KANSAS CITY STAPLE!

For 20 years the service and food has only evolved. They have ALWAYS BEEN GREAT but somehow find ways to get better!

I'll complain about the line because who wants to wait for greatness? In reality, it is a sign of how GREAT this place and food is!

Whether it's catering or drive thru I'd bet my last dollar they will deliver on time if not before time with excellent quality!
