I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

Not sure why so many bad reviews, but guess they got off to a rough start. I've been here a few times now and the boneless wings are always cooked well and stay juicy. One if the few places I enjoy the dry rubs like lemon pepper and garlic parm, because the chicken is never dry. I wont say they are amazing, but absolutely worth the money. Just make sure to use one of the deals they offer. Rarely need to pay full menu price.

My son and I had a three-day experience trying to get my Harley back up and running me to work. Ee stopped in for dinner. It was a common- looking place nothing special. It was very clean and the employees were friendly and attentive to our needs. But the true star was the FOOD! It's just chicken right? Wrong, it was simply delicious the coatings were amazing . I tried the Chipotle rub, my boy had hot wings, (a mild Buffalo type flavor). Both were quite tasty. The fries were even special. They were coated with a sweet/savory spice that accentuated the taste of the sauces ee dipped those crispy but tender bites of heaven. It was unexpectedly delicious.
One of the most unprofessional stores i've ever been at. Waiting over twenty five minutes for single order. Whilst your employees are standing around. Would never recommend.
Wing stop wings are good, but avoid this location at all costs. We’ve ordered here twice and both times it’s taken over an hour for food to be ready. They staff with a skeleton crew, even on nights where they know it will be busy. On our most recent order, I walked into the restaurant 25 minutes after we ordered online to a massive crowd of people. The staff wasn’t acknowledging anyone, and they weren’t even bothering to answer the phone. I heard others say they had been waiting for 2 hours for their food. I left and had to go to corporate for a refund because the restaurant wasn’t answering the phone even a day later. The management should be ashamed for understaffing so much. Their greed is affecting their customer service.

I placed an online order at 6:12pm on 9/5 and waited 2 hours with no one answering the phones or working in the front of the store. I never received my order and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I spent $58 online and I didn’t receive the food I ordered. I will never order from this location again.

We enjoyed the wings and would go back. I had bone in, husband had boneless. We also tried the fried corn which was a nice change. Service was good and everything was in our takeout bag. The store looked pretty new inside and clean.
