If I could give 0 stars I would. Too bad that’s not an option. I went to this Wingstop in Missouri for the first time and I must admit it was by far the worst experience. The manager Judith completely ignored us and pretended to take our order after asking how much it would be for a 30pc family Meal. She said hold on let me get someone to help u and made me think she didn’t know what she was doing and needed help. She went and knocked on the bathroom door to rush one of the girls to help us and another female worker was on lunch eating I’m the customer area. Judith took a personal phone call and started talking on the phone then the nice girl at the register asked her to please enter the code so she can take our order and she continued with her phone conversation and totally disregarded her. At this point I felt as her phone call was more important than assisting the customers. I’ve never been to wingstop and it’s been empty. The lack of customer service is questionable. I immediately walked out when I saw she didn’t care to take our order after waiting over 10 minutes with no customers in the facility. Discrimination against Hispanics. Ladies and Gentlemen stop do not waste your time going to this wingstop. I highly recommend going to the one 10 minutes away it’s worth the drive at 4313 Chouteau Trafficway Kansas City, MO 64117 The team there was amazing and exceed customers expectations.

the manager was unable tk take order accurately took several attempts with no success. the GM had to step in to finish. very unprofessional. then while waiting for food I watched the same so called manager touching cooked food with her bare hands. then when brought to her attention she said I was a liar. I know what I saw. never eat here

I’m really surprised to see all the bad reviews. I’ve ordered both in-person and online, and both times the orders were completed in perfect timing and everything was correct and delicious. Sure, people make mistakes now and then, but I’m guessing more people only take the time to leave bad reviews because of those one-off experiences. Well, I’m a happy customer and I’d recommend this place to anyone! The person at the register was also very nice, warm, and attentive whenever I went. So please don’t be afraid to order here cuz of the bad reviews— I’m sure you’ll have a good experience : )

My entire order was wrong! I ordered lemon pepper, hot honey rub and Louisiana rub. They gave me a box full of Hawaiian flavored NUGGETS! I called back up there and the lady who answered said the manager would call me the next day to refund my money. I'm still waiting to speak to the manager and receive my refund. I called back a few times and the phone just rings. No voicemail or anything.

I ordered food 40 minutes ago on doordash for wingstop. i just got off of a 12 hour shift and i just wanted some food and my payment went through, and my dasher was waiting at the store for my food. Then i get a call saying that my order never went through, when i already got charged!! I never ended up getting my food. This is unacceptable.
