5-Star Review – Wingstop on Prospect ⭐
This was my first time visiting the Wingstop on Prospect, and I have to say — I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I usually go to the one on Blue Ridge, but after today, that may be changing.
When I walked in, I was greeted immediately, and the very first thing I always look for is cleanliness. This location was a ten out of ten — spotless, organized, and welcoming.
The young man who assisted me at the counter was amazing. He suggested items I hadn’t tried before, and his customer service was exceptional. Normally when I visit Wingstop, the wait is long and the service is hit or miss — which honestly has kept me away. But not here.
My order was ready in under 15 minutes (I promise!), and the cashier even walked my food over to me. I said, “Really?” and he replied, “Yes ma’am.” That small gesture meant a lot.
The evening crew here has a vibe — a good one. They work well together, they’re friendly, and they make the experience enjoyable.
I won’t be going to any other Wingstop. Prospect location has earned my business.

Just had 2 door dashes at this location and to say that im disappointed is an understatement this place is horrible. I was a couple mins before the order was supposed to be ready, 13 mins past the orders due time im still waiting. People coming in 10 mins after my order was due getting their food and they can't tell you when it's due. I had to unassigne from both. It's unacceptable. Not only are they affecting my on time rate they are causing me to lose out on money for no reason.

Website let me put an order for 10:30am. Wasnt ready til 10:50am.. lady said they just opened and was going to be a wait which was fine. Asked if I could have a honey mustard for the inconvenience and she said no. I ordered 15 hot and 5 bbq. I got 10 and 10 and on top of that the fries are burnt. I know its not their fault that the website did that but everything else did have control of..

Handed my Uber Eats order to someone else, then just cancelled my order altogether instead of correcting it, leaving my family high and dry on Saturday night.
Very rude. I went to pick up an order about 15 minutes before they closed. They told me someone picked up the order. Usually when that happens I contact uber and they request for them to remake the order. Some little dirty cook that need to do something with them nasty dreads on his head was sitting in the lobby talking about we about to close. I said I know he said okay well leave. I said I’m not going anywhere until I find out what happened to this order. As I’m on hold with uber another cook says there’s tickets that need to be cooked. I’m convinced that one of those tickets was for the order I was picking up, but I had uber remove that order from me. I would never pick up an order or order my food from that place.
