This past week my sister and I went in just for a drink because we notice the sign out side said happy hour 4-8 ( it was exactly 7pm when we came in ) the bar tender wasn’t very friendly and said “ umm you need to either throw your soda bottle away or I. Your purse ,idc what you do I just don’t wanna see it “ cool we just came from crazy crab and bought a soda and we didn’t know so we put it up . Then we ask “ hey what’s the specials for happy hour “ he said really fast 9 happy hour over “ we said the sign on side walk say until 8pm “ “ he replied fast and kinda rude “ ummm it’s still over at 7pm” I honestly felt he didn’t want to service us & even if it was over he was rude from start . Didn't even feel comfortable ordering after that . Customer service horrible . First and last time there

It was a fun time. Private party area upstairs was roomy and could sit out on the balcony. Our bartender, Daniel, was fabulous as always. Everyone is chill and fun!

That blonde chick working the bar tried to scam me and take my money by charging me a double, I was fully coherent and she tried to act like I asked for a double but I wasn’t, watch your bank account and make sure she isn’t charging you. She will try to scam your money.

Didn’t hear the bounce ask for ID when walking into watch drag race. Went back and showed my ID. The staff acted very weird about deep checking my ID with it being out of state. If checking ID is that serious just use a scanner. After wards was sitting down watching drag race. As a black woman did not feel like it was a truly inclusive space, heard multiple white individuals making comments about black culture that made me feel uncomfortable. Also heard white individuals saying the exact jokes I told me friends to their friends 🙃

Came in on a Saturday around 9:30 pm to a basically empty bar along with I tried to go up and order a cocktail from their website and was prompted with the bartender saying “I have no idea what that is” i’m sure its more lively during the summer but it was a disappointment
went on brat night and while it was extremely crowded so the line to the bar took a while all of the staff i interacted with was really nice even though i’m sure they were exhausted! will definitely be coming back!

It's a fun cozy little gay bar in Kansas City. The drink prices are reasonable and the workers have always been friendly to me. I just wish the place could be bigger because it does sometimes feel cramped.
