We recently hosted our daughter's wedding welcome party in the XR bar and it was the most fun! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and perfect for what we were hoping for. The drinks were on point as well. But most of our - the service we received from Stella, our server for the night was above and beyond! She was awesome and made our night extra enjoyable! Thanks for Stella and XR for helping us kick off the wedding celebration with a bang!
Sammy is an amazing host and bartender. I've been coming to crossroads hotel and XR bar for years... I think its high time I left it a review. Each morning that I come in, Sammy always greets me when she's here with a smile and conversation that makes me feel like this place is is the community hub! Excellent service! I love this place! If you are in kansas city, this place is a must visit!
Atmosphere was great. Staff was attentive. Ordered a matcha latte. Matcha latte was SO BITTER bc it was not mixed thoroughly and had clumps floating at the top 💀 spending $9 for a cup of clumpy matcha is insane
