Had a great experience at Yard House downtown. The food was phenomenal and everything came out exactly as expected. Our server, Aaron, was very attentive and did a great job throughout the meal. The entire staff was friendly and even changed the TVs so we could watch the Olympics, which was much appreciated. Excellent service and atmosphere—would definitely come back.

I sat at the bar. I think the tenders name was crystal, (it's been a few days so I'm not sure) I go here regularly and I usually get a center cut fillet carrots asparagus mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. It's always perfect. I also get the big pretzel with the cheese and chips dip (I forget the name of it) and I dip the pretzel in the cheese. Everything is good here tho, the chicken rice thing is pretty good and their burgers are pretty yummy also. Everyone here is pretty nice and helpful. It can get busy but they are good at getting people fed and out the door so the wait isn't too bad even tho it might look bad. I recommend this place!

First time here and such a wonderful experience! Our server, Sean, was so knowledgeable and friendly, and took great care of us. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, which was absolutely perfect in every way. The garlic Parmesan truffle fries are also phenomenal! Their beer selection is also outstanding. Modern, warm, chic atmosphere. Will definitely be back!
this is the second time we have eaten at Yard House for their Happy Hour. We shared a few 1/2 price appetizers and had drinks. The food is wonderful, especially the boneless chicken wings and the black pepper dipping sauce. Nice place to enjoy some great food, catch up with friends and not spend a fortune. Cassie was our server, she was great!!!

The food was pretty great but what made it terrific was the server we had. David L was very attentive and genuine. When the food took a bit of a wait he got our toddlers food out right in time. Best service we've had at Yard house so far.

Checked in and there was a 15-20min wait and the waiting area was very crowded. Once we were called via text we checked in at the desk (which we could barely get to) and was told to wait a second. Then we had 4 people walk by us and we could not get their attention. Finally we had to literally stand in front of someone and say no, we got called and can’t get anyone to help us. We never got a salad we ordered and was charged for, but the food we got was good and our server was good other than that. Wouldn’t return.

Honestly service from bartenders was great, but the manager clearly was having a bad day. We had requested to watch a collegiate/olympic sport on one of the tvs closer to us so we didn't have to strain to see the further one. After about 5 minutes she not only didn't put it on our tv but she ensured we couldn't watch the further one either by switching the channel. This was a major let down mid meal and spoiled the experience overall!
