Can’t sub bread for extra fries? The bread is complimentary? Rude staff (they obviously hate their jobs) and food is mediocre at best (young kids cooking)

my food was extremly cold and my girlfriends chicken taste like its been reheated also my chicken was really greasy and the staff at the counter rolled her eyes at my girlfriend and she had to ask three times to get bbq,ranch and honey mustard after we told the lady all we got was zax sauce not very impressed with the service and she came to check my bag to see what sauce we had after we has already told her and there isnt really any tounge torch sauce on my chicken and the bread is hard as rock. please get better staffing the only good thing out of the meals are the drinks

I ordered the cheesecake bites with my meal and it’s supposed to come with a dipping sauce but this sauce container is less than halfway full. Mind you i have 8 cheesecake bites with less than have a cup of dipping sauce. Im highly disappointed being that i live in south KC and only come up north for church and a few of my clients.

Order is never completely accurate, I pay extra for extra and never get what I paid for. They always fill the drinks full of ice, never get the right amount of fries or they are super hard.

Nicer than a typical fast food atmosphere. Drinks are a good value with refills. The food can be good, but it's honestly nothing too special: just another chicken sandwich. This is a reliable option when you want a change from the big national chains.

Who ever the new Manager or owner guy is that took over like 3 weeks ago, he's amazing. The employees are always so helpful and kind. The guy is making good changes. Chick-fil-A who???

Went through drive-thru to get new salad at lunch time and they said they were out of salads for today they are advertising the new salad why don't you have it? We were gonna order allot but just left

I paid for a large strawberry lemonade, not a large cup of ice with strawberry lemonade flavor

I came up to zaxybs a few days ago with my girlfriend and we ordered a number 2 with toast instead of coleslaw and a number 3 traditional with bbq and ended up getting parked for abt 20 and nobody came out side. I got tired of waiting and went inside with my receipt, this girl Kaylie was standing there on her phone ignoring me then when she finally turned around after a few minutes, she was rude asking if I needed help, I told her I’ve been waiting for my food and she just hands me a bag. Then I take my food to a table to check it and it ends up with coleslaw and no sauces in the bag when I go back to the counter she is again on her phone ignoring me and when I tell her I’m missing my food and sauce she gets an attitude at me and tells me she put it in there and it clearly wasn’t after all of that I see her pull her phone back out and start walking away.

Used to be one of my favorite go to places but recently the quality of the food and service has drastically declined. Currently waiting for my food to be remade because it was burnt and or old, the owner seriously needs to get a handle on this location because I’m not sure if I’ll be back again. 20 minutes for burnt fried pickles is a waste of my time
