Over salted fries, almost dry & flavorless wrap. The chicken fingers were okay, but nothing special. The shake was really good and the dining area is neat. First and last time eating here. I spent $39 for two people. Halfway through the meal I'd wished we'd gone to Whataburger or somewhere else. 😞

Ok the food was good but way to much salt.. fries were hot and really good. The employees seem to be happy which is important.. the downsides the table I had was wobbly as heck.. the air conditioner had condensation dripping in just about every vent.. this was obviously a installation area on the HVAC company but needs to be addressed before someone slips and falls!! Next was not the fact the employees go out in front hair net and all and smoke but to put there cigarette buds in the parking lot allowing to pile up by what looked like the hundreds. Just horrible!!

Every time I use the drive through the person taking my order is so kind and pleasant. Keeps me cling back.

Hit and miss, most of the time they forget to put the dipping sauce in with the order, and as of lately they don't toss the strips, but rather just put the sauce in separate containers which sucks because naturally you don't get as much sauce coverage as if they'd been tossed. Oh and the soda has been kinda horrible too.

Excellent service and great food! Talbota is a gem. A true asset to Zaxby’s!!

This location has been a weekly stop for us while we’re in town this summer, since we can’t get it back home. The staff has been so nice to the kids and it’s quickly become our favorite KC food place!

Serving size of this cold chicken was disappointing. Chicken was dry and overcooked . The ceiling was dripping water go be ready. The bathroom wasn’t clean. In my opinion, they should toss the chicken in the lemon pepper sauce instead of pour in it on top. It was just sloppy and too much. Don’t think I will return definitely was not worth $20 The food was disgusting
