I came Thursday night to get food after work food was great but service needs improvement extremely I believe it’s the same young ladies I see every Thursday one is a young black girl and one is a young white girl the young white girl was leaned across the counter on her phone while the other young girl was doing mostly doing everything else now that’s not how teamwork is supposed to work I worked fast food before and I would honestly not allow my crew to just be standing there while others work I stood in the lobby hoping that I would get my order took by the other girl who was leaned up on her phone but sure enough it was the other girl who was already doing something once I got my order took the girl who I thought was going to to take my order turned around and walked off and stayed gone the entire time I was waiting for my food I’m sorry but yall need to fix this because if it’s two employees working up there they both should be working not just one I want to say thank you to the young lady for helping me and getting me the items I needed

Got the blue salad, its was awful, so salty I couldn't even finish it, my lady said the same about her cobb salad.

This place is always out of cookies and it’s never made. I’ve gone 3x now and everytime I wait 10-15 minutes or they just don’t have any. 😠

It is genuinely remarkable how consistently this location manages to get orders wrong. In an era where orders are printed, displayed on screens, and tracked digitally, this staff still “forgets” items with near-perfect reliability.

Order through the app? Expect something to be missing. Order in person? You’d better inspect your bag before leaving, because odds are high they missed something anyway. At this point, checking your order is not a precaution .... it’s a requirement!

This isn’t an occasional mistake. It is a pattern. Literally every time I have ordered from this location, something has been left out. That level of consistency stops looking like human error and starts looking like they're keeping the fries to just eat it themselves or something.

Basic skills like reading an order screen, counting items, and verifying a bag before handing it to a customer should not be optional qualifications. Yet here, they appear to be.

Took our order asked if it was here or to go. We said here, when they brought the food it was all boxed up. It was feezing in there so we took food and left. Probably won't visit again. That was my 2nd time there and have not been impressed either time.

They will lock their doors before 745 even though the lobby is supposed to be open till 10pm

Aside from my drink cup crumbling when I tried to put a lid on it, food was great, Service was great. I am sure I could have asked for another cup but I managed alright with my broken one. Tables were clean enough, some crumbs but nothing gross. Bathroom faucet in men's room was hardly working.

Overall a great experience, I like the sauce variety and flavors.

Over salted fries, almost dry & flavorless wrap. The chicken fingers were okay, but nothing special. The shake was really good and the dining area is neat. First and last time eating here. I spent $39 for two people. Halfway through the meal I'd wished we'd gone to Whataburger or somewhere else. 😞
