Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a regular cheeseburger meal which cost me $8.90. I didn’t see the $7 meal deal until after I had already ordered. When I asked what was the difference between my order and the special, the manager guy said the special comes with a sundae. So I said I’m paying $2 more because I didn’t order a sundae also? The manager said yes and just walked away! Not good customer service at all!!! And on top of that the burger tasted like charcoal...read full review
We went through the drive thru and it was very busy; it appeared to be backed up. I was very wrong. The line was continually moving and even though my order was for a family of 5, it was taken and repeated correctly. At the window, it was passed as quickly as all the others.
Very impressive! Congrats to you all (from a former high school Dairy Queen employee) it isn't easy!
