Delicious pizza!! Take and bake!!

Not only was the pizza and fries amazing, fresh tasting and
presentable, the staff is super friendly. I'm not sure of her name but the young girl with dark hair at the front counter is super kind, super friendly, and clearly cares a lot about people and her job. Thank you and if I'm ever in the area again I will 100% be returning!

Disappointed, especially since we really had our hearts set on having some good pizza! Walked in and ordered a pizza for take out around 3 p.m. Just one group of people was seated. I ordered a large sausage pizza, St. Louis-style, which is always done right at the Branson West location. Took it home (14 miles) only to discover it wasn’t what I ordered. The sauce is on top and it’s not sliced right, so it’s not STL-style. I think this is Detroit-style. It’s the other locations from here on out, I guess.

I love this place! As someone with celiac disease (also my children) it’s very hard to go out to eat anymore so finding a pizza joint with gluten free options was awesome! The staff was super nice, especially our waitress, my babies loved her! We had a great experience all around and great pizza ? we will definitely be back!!!

This place was a joke. I could not order a beer with my pizza. They don’t have any. Felt like I was in a hospital cafeteria. To top it off their credit/debit machine went down & I didn’t have cash. I had to walk a block over to gas station & pay $6 fees to use ATM to pay for $36 tab they could have just comped since it was their business failure. All while my wife & 2 little kids sat impatiently waiting on my return. Will never be back. Do not recommend. Awful experience!

10/10 recommend Pizza by the Chef! Top notch Customer Service!! My family was just visiting for a couple of days, ordered pizza online. By no fault of the restaurant, the order came thru delayed. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to wait for it to be made since we were en route to our destination. I cancelled it, got refunded and the next day they called and offered to make it right by personally bringing us the pizza that night on the house. That kind of Customer Service is rare! The pizza was delicious on top of it! Make sure to support this awesome family owned business!

My wife and I had a “Hercules” pizza there after a trip to a local amusement park yesterday. My wife had a side salad in which all the ingredients were fresh, not out of a bag. And the pizza was great! It had been awhile since we had eaten there and we remembered why we used to travel there just to eat pizza. The food was and is well worth the trip! They also have a cash, and Veterans discount. Try them out!

Eight of us came here for a family get together. We went inside found a table to seat all of us only to find out Kimberling City Pizza by the Chef doesn't serve alcohol even though its on their website. We ended up drive up to Branson West. A few weeks later I got to speak with the owner who address the new location should have their liquor license with next month or so and they only have 1 phone so when you call to place to go orders you may not always get through.
