I'm loosing faith in Google reviews. If anything bad is said, it just makes it harder on an already struggling business person.Go try the food yourself and don't rely on someone else's opinion.

I loved it. Very friendly owner. Great food. Quick service. Just what I was looking for in a diner. We had both a breakfast and a lunch here. The biscuits and gravy were great. The patty melt was awesome.

It wasn't great. The atmosphere was quite sub par. I stopped in for breakfast while on a road trip so the experience was the end result of a Google search. Reviews of 4 or 5 stars are misleading. Food was okay. They stopped serving breakfast around 10:30 which was a little odd for a diner on a Sunday. It also needs a little interior renovation some of the condiment containers on the tables were dusty.

Wow just wow. The food is fresh and ahhhmazing! We were put off by a restaurant up the street and just happened to stop by and with an open mind we tried this spot. Wow just wow. Everything is FRESH! I would've taken a pic of my husband's BLT but it was about gone. It's sooooo good!

Seems like this place has probably been around a long time and Shirley has loyal long term customers. The ratings are very misleading though. The place is small. The food was OK. The building has seen better days and was just dirty looking. It needs a lot of work which I'm sure it's too expensive to do. The gal waiting on us had no personality and we got to listen to her talk about the $600 they'd done for the day with just the two of them there. We stayed only because we had already sat down but definitely will not return. ☹️

The servers were very nice. However, the place was filthy. Ceiling tiles were stained and falling in. The bathroom door had a crack in it where dinners can clearly see who's using the single stall from the dining area. They didn't have several items on the menu, and the food took a long time to come out. Out of our 4-person party, we were all nervous about eating the food as none of it was good. I would highly recommend going elsewhere to eat.

We stopped in for breakfast on a Thursday morning and there were only a few customers here. They were getting phone in orders though so it took a little longer for our food. Everything was good though. We especially loved the home fries that came with our eggs. The service was friendly and we hope to stop here again when we are in town.
