This is our 6th pie from Simply Baked this week! So fresh and delicious. I ordered black coffee this morning and it is some of the smoothest coffee ever. I wish Simply Baked was closer to where I live. I will definitely go to this place everytime I am in town.
The ham and cheese hand pie and the Guinness was an experience. The real show stopper is their key lime pie. Extremely smooth. No grittiness. Tart and yet a faint bitter that hits the back of your tongue. Delectable. One of the best key lime pies I've had. Loved the mixed berry bread, AND your Carrot cake was fantastic. Not overly cinnamon like most people do. And I loved being able to identify the ingredients and all the nice textures and different types of crunchiness....
