“We found this gem of a place a year ago. Every time we are in town we eat here at least once per trip.(4 times in the last year) Love the all meat pizza-best we’ve ever had! “You walk in, order at the counter, seat and serve yourself (drink, silverware, etc). So customer service was non-existent. And the food wasn't much better. The Mike's hot honey on the table is the only thing that saved the chicken Alfredo pizza and there wasn't enough ranch to save the garlic parmesan boneless wings. So this place was a bust. There are much better options around.“

“Staff at the landing is awful! Waited 15 minutes and had to ask the bussing staff if they could find a waitress to take our drink order! The waitress that showed up said she didn't know where our waiter was so she would take it, but then laughed very unprofessionally. She had just been skipping around with a friend, laughing, and nothing to, moments before! Been here several times over the years and it's just gone downhill with staying and professionalism! I'll take my business somewhere else! The pizza is good, but I prefer a better atmosphere and service! I tip well too, but not tonight!!!! The waitress prefers to flirt with the boys instead of working too!“

“Mr Gilberti’s came highly recommend and did not disappoint. We grabbed a late lunch, so there wasn’t a crowd, and the service was superb. The Italian food was similar to the cuisine served, in the old country. The prices seemed above average on the menu, but presentation, flavor, and quantity made it was well worth the experience. We will go back.“

“Visited on July 3rd around 8:15pm and stayed until 8:59pm. The food was great and fresh. What really stood out was the man working behind the counter. He was incredibly professional, kind, and clearly hardworking.

That said, the reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was incredibly unfair for him to be handling everything by himself. He was taking orders, ringing people up, making pizzas, , cooking pizza, boxing them—essentially doing the work of multiple people during a busy evening rush.

Whether it was a scheduling oversight or staff calling out, it was way too much for one person to manage alone. He did the best he could under the circumstances, but no one should be expected to carry that kind of workload solo. It’s disappointing to see a business put so little value on its staff by not supporting them properly during peak times.

Give this man a raise and some help.“

“Staying close to Lake decided to order using the app drive into town and pick it up ourselves. The stuffed crust pizza is super hyped and doesn’t deliver on taste or satisfaction. Too expensive and not worth it. Skip it skip it skip it. The app is convenient in handy. Didn’t eat in so can’t really discuss the atmosphere, but it looks very industrial in cold inside.I think at the end they overcharged me but because I was in the drive-through didn’t want the hassle we triple check the app next time I order.“

“A little late on this post but This place is amazing and just like I remember it.

I have been coming here for over 30 years. Brought the family on their first trip to Branson this last Christmas.

I have raved for years how I have not found any pizza that is remotely close to how good this place is. Let alone, I was super happy to see the same ownership/management was there as it was when I was growing up. Pretty awesome for the kids to play same arcade games I did growing up and the hospitality shown made everyone from my wife and kids to the in-laws feel just so at home. Father in law even stated he would make this a weekly Friday night spot if we lived in the area.

Planning another family vacation in November and everyone is talking about how they want to come back and enjoy the amazing food and hospitality the Pizza Cellar has to offer.“

New employee laughed at me being in senior apartment and on a walker is totally unacceptable. l ordered from papa John's in tears. l can understand being new . “How to get in and out of the place was a little challenging. I called and they said the pizza would be ready in about 20 minutes. I got there and they handed the pizza to me right away I didn’t have to wait on it . The service is very good. I do recommend it. I would go back anytime.“
