Drive through was HORRIBLY slow. Only a few cars in parking lot. Cars waited almost five minutes before each order was taken. I was 3rd car in line, waited almost 20 min and had ordered online.

This place is usually great, but lately the drive through has been ridiculously slow. Today I sat & waited and waited at the speaker (even blew my horn and pulled forward a couple of times) probably 10 minutes until someone came to take my order and its well past 10 minutes and I still am in line waiting to pull-up to the window for our food. I understand that are busy, but must it take 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches?!

It's ok not the fastest service Seems as lately the grill will be down not able to cook anything but yet store is open And for last 3 weeks the dreamsickle machine has been down. Yes 3 weeks maybe longer ,and recently quit serving fish,wife and I have a red meat allergy fish is one of the items we can eat

Food was good. It was FREEZING inside the restaurant. Staff were working in long sleeves or wearing jackets. After we ate our main meal, we went to get shakes for dessert. The entire staff was outside on break.

I sat at the drive-thru 5 minutes before anybody even spoke to me to take my order then I said another 5:00 to 10:00 minutes at the window waiting to be served while I watched two workers take their time walking around like there was no big deal I asked the gal what took so long if they were short on help she said yes always. Then she said plus we're busy. I was the first person at the drive-thru with one person behind me and only two cars in their parking lot customer service was horrible if I was the owner I'd be checking in on this

The entire floor is covered in a layer of grease and old food. There wasn't a single clean table in the whole building their pop machine wasn't working and my food was cold when it got to me

I travel the country for work and hands down best Arby's I have been to top notch staff. Trey thank you are a wonderful team player to step in and help out the way you did it says a lot. My philly cheese steak was delicious. And the restaurant and bathroom clean!

Speaker above our table was buzzing. But food was delicious!
Overall a good Arby’s. Like most places they are struggling with being understaffed so you’ll have a wait. It’s worth it, though!
