“I admire the good food and hard working staff and the welcome given all people of different backgrounds and ages. It's an outstanding and pleasant environment. I would suggest that on very crowded and busy days like today some extra staff be brought in to keep the tables in the back clean, I don't mind sitting in the back, but it can take away from the pleasure when tables next to you are filled with used v dishes. I understand how hard it is for the staff to wait on customers and keep tables clean.on busy days I suggest that extra staff be brought in, Or encourage customers to deposit their own dirty dishes on the rack“
