Chicken salad would be fine if they didn't microwave it to melt the cheese. Made it soggy! Food seems to have really went down in quality lately!!

The menu online is outdated the prices are not correct. The place has went downhill service wise and food quality wise. For a slice of pie you’re paying 5.50 with tax when the pie is store bought frozen food section quality. Not impressed with with the phone etiquette of the staff either.

While I was there today, the person who is the boss, I am, assuming was berating an employee loud enough that I could hear. Completely unprofessional in my opinion and I advise nobody give this man their business, since he can’t even give his employees basic human decency. I feel awful for his staff. Now onto the food. The bacon had very clearly been cooked long before I had ordered it and it was dry and tasted awful. The eggs were OK. The hashbrowns were full of grease and undercooked. Will not be back

The sign on the door says open till 8:00 pm, we arrived at 7:44pm by my cell phone, the clock inside on the wall read 7:48 pm. We open the door and a man told us "sorry we are closed guys". I said it is not 8:00 , the man" yes, we are closed".Very disappointing, as we have ate there several times and always thought the food was delicious. It will be a long while before we back.

Every time we visit, the food is always really good, whether it's breakfast or dinner. And if you leave here hungry, that's your fault!

Not worth it at all. Stopped in on our way home and I wish we had chosen McDonald’s instead. For $60 we got the thinnest “16oz” ribeye steak, frozen “handcrafted 100% angus beef” burger patty, and the most off brand Dr Pepper I’ve ever heard of. The steak was so thin and flavorless. The cowboy burger promised a lot and delivered none. Frozen thin patty from the grocery store was “smothered” in half a slice of American cheese with a single soggy onion ring. The only saving grace was my kids pancakes but By the time butter and syrup got to our table the cakes were already cold. Her sausage was raw inside and freezer burnt. I cannot fathom why this place is even still in business. The menu and the dining room are way too crowded for the staff to even try and keep up with.
