Usually I love Jimmy John's. Today while on my lunch break, I had to wait over 20 minutes for two sandwiches. Between the travel and wait time, I didn't have time to eat and was so frustrated that I was no longer hungry.
Beware. Just because the slogan is "Freaky Fast" doesn't mean service is.

Worst sandwich ever called because I paid for avocado and didn't get so they said we will remake it and have it out guess what still no avocado.. asked for mayo packs got zero!!! The lady on the phone it's refunded we aren't gonna make it a 3rd time you shouldn't have had to remake it at all Freaky fast delivery my butt!!

BEST WORKERS EVER!!! i had diarrhea in the bathroom and the worker immediately helped me out no questions asked and no judgment at all. whatever girl worked tonight at 10:00 PM i love you mwah💋💋💋💋
