Ordered a 5pc tender combo with Mac and Coleslaw, what I got was a piece of breast cut into 5 pcs and mashed potatoes instead of mac along with waiting in the drive through for over 25 mins on a online order.

Only person in the drive through.And I had to sit there 5 minutes because they were busy so busy.There was only two people inside all I wanted was a drink.They took my order and I still waited at the window for a few minutes, I had to leave.

If i could have put negative .5 stars i would. came in at opening and went to the bathroom. tell me why there was dried pee on the toilet seat. came and sat down and tables weren’t washed, trash all over the floor, looks like it hasn’t been swept in ages! service was very slow. i was waiting for 25 minutes!

This is the worst KFC I have ever encountered! I ordered my family’s food at 5:41 PM for a 8 piece bucket of chicken. Have been in the drive-thru line for more than an hour. It is now 6:47PM! I get to the front window and they tell me to pull forward and they will bring my food out to me! Making me wait for more than an hour now! The worst service ever in the history of KFC’s!

Waited 20 minutes for my order, took 6 minutes to get my order taken. No one was in the place ordering but me. Employees were sitting around while one person worked. Will never go again which sucks cause I used to love this place. Fire your staff and put some capable people in their positions. Bad services, bad Employees
