Oh my goodness. People in the lobby had been waiting over an hour. We waited thirty minutes and asked for a refund and left. So sad we will lose this restaurant soon to poor service. August 2025

Who manages this clown show? Tried twice to get an 8 piece bucket and was told on each visit it would be a 40 minute wait. Not even a sorry, no coupon. Screw it. Went to Hy-Vee, bought drumsticks from the meat counter and grilled them myself. This KFC needs competent leadership.

While the food was good and the dining area was clean enough the front staff lady seemed very agitated. She spoke loudly to the other staff. She wasn't rude but it sounded unprofessional. She was discussing her hair, what equipment was not working etc.

Have been. through both drive thru and inside of restaurant and both have poor service!!!!!! Staff truly need to be a bit more intelligent and focus on customer satisfaction. Food is as it should be but honestly if you want to be treated well go elsewhere!

Horrible service.
took 10 minutes of employees avoiding eye contact , including the cashier who finally took my order, before even a greeting.
Really there never even was a greeting, she just walked up to the register and widened her eyes, then interrupted me when i opened my mouth to speak asking if it’s for here or to go.
Gave me my total, and that was it.
No thank you, now how are you, no have a good day.

I pulled into drive through, was 2nd in line, took 7 min to get to the pay window. Sat for 9 min waiting on a classic chicken sandwich! Only ordered a classic chicken sandwich. Watched 3 employees standing around talking, at no point did anyone explain why it was taking so long. After I got my sandwich she said there were A LOT of people inside and 10 orders were before mine...drove around. Literally 4 people sitting inside. Nope. Not worth the wait!
