Our tenderloin sandwiches came with nothing on them, no pickles, no tomatoes, no lettuce. We ordered 2, and 2 other meals. The same sandwich we get at our home Sonic comes with pickles, tomatoes, onions and lettuce. When we asked for more ketchup, they told us they were out of packets. What’s a person to do with tots if there is no ketchup?

Not impressed this time around.

The tea is almost always soured. One worker told me the tea was left over from the night before and night shift keeps unplugging the machines. This worker at least offers to make fresh tea. A different worker shrugged their shoulders and said they were getting off work soon when I told them the tea was bad.

We ordered 2 drinks on the app, one of those being a Sonic Recharger. They only brought us 1 drink & informed us they were out of Red Bull & could not make the Recharger. They offered us another drink, so we just got a Cherry Coke & asked for a refund of the price difference. We were told they could not give us a refund, we would need to call the number on the receipt. I asked to speak to the manager & she was of no help, just basically said call the number. So I called & waited on hold. Finally a female who was very hard to understand answered & I explained our experience & asked for a refund. After about 5 minutes of her trying to gather all the information about our order she informed me it would be 7-10 business days & I should have my refund. I was not pleased with this answer & was talking about how this was very poor customer service when she hung up on me. Who knows if I will get my refund!!

Update 12/11/24.....still have not received a refund & it's been 12 business days since this has happened. Very poor customer service!!!

Gotta love 1/2 price happy hour on drinks so that you can get a Route 44 cherry limeade and not break the bank. Plenty of other deals in the app as well.
