I asked an older lady with glasses if they had a grilled cheese and she very rudely told me no. I then moved on to ask for the drink which I seen on tiktok and had different things added in and she proceeded to yell at me and tell me that they dont have that drink. I ended up ordering an ice vanilla matcha instead and when I received it it was basically just foam. I had asked for more vanilla syrup and she said she had already put some in there so I said I was wondering if she could add more. She then very rudely sighed and told me there was already vanilla in it. She yelled at me that it was too difficult to add since the cup was full and it would cost extra. I am very disappointed, this ruined my fun day I was having and I will not be going back. Not to mention I was the one to apologize for asking.

Ordered drinks at 12:11 and did not get them till 12:30. There was whip cream all over the cups, The barista ended up doing other drinks out of order. I will continue to go to scooters.They are efficient and friendly.
The people are nice, it is within a store, atmosphere isn't all that. I'm not a fan of this place but what they offer to sell, they make it right and it's something I might go buy again.

Called in an order from out of town. The floral department was very helpful and helped figure out what my Mom wanted for Mother’s Day. They delivered it to her less than 2 hours later! Wonderful experience!
