I would give zero stars if I could. The worst Wendy’s I have visited in my 58 years. Horribly managed. I’ve stopped here a handful of times during work trips to Kirksville. The employees they have here are just terrible. Stopped in tonight, no one in front of me in the counter. Two female employees with their backs turned just chatting up a storm for several minutes not even checking for customers. One proceeded to scream at a male employee having issues with the ice cream machine. Both girls now facing me but does either come to take my order? No!! I walked the hell out of there. One too many times - they are AWFUL!!

Got the baconater meals and they were NOT that they were regular cheeseburgers with lettuce tomatoes Absolutely no bacon.Wouldnt do anything about it.

Overpriced and cold food served. Not a real pleasant staff, with slow service. In a kind of difficult location to get in and out of.
No matter how many times I want to give this place a try again and again they ALWAYS forget at least one or multiple items from my order. I've gotten too tired of dealing with driving back or going inside to speak to a manager. After hearing the manager in the drive thru talk about depending on who's working will depend on how gross the food comes out they will never get my business again.

You workers back in May accused me of yelling at the manager and tried fighting me. It was the car in front of me. Today I find this in my message requests. Please resolve this before a lawsuit is filled... I can't believe you allow these types of people to work for you
