Good food fast service (sometimes)
I tried messaging since I couldn’t review online, but only get an automated robot. Also when we call, can’t talk to a human… so here’s my review..
Just waited 40 minutes in a store to pick up my online ordered. Ended up up waiting in line to ask about it because I couldn’t get to the cashier. Poor service, rude, understaffed, and not all menu items available. We travel 30 miles to eat Chipotle and will travel a bit further next time to a different location. Stay away from this Kirkwood location, this is the second time in a row we've had a bad experience there.
