“I've been to several Kaldi's locations around the area, and this is one of my favorites. Right in downtown Kirkwood near the shops and train. Each Kaldi's has its own unique food, and the avocado toast and breakfast burrito here were both excellent.“

“By far the ABSOLUTE BEST coffee I have ever had. I have been drinking coffee every morning for over 40 years. For about 20 of those 40 years I drank it throughout the day. I’ve tried all different brands, blends and strengths. And even though I’m not a professional connoisseur of coffee, I have a pretty good handle on the various taste, blends and nuances of different coffees. Then several years ago, my wife and I had the opportunity to dine at a very nice high end restaurant. The coffee they served was unlike any coffee I had ever had. The flavor was bold yet smoother than any coffee I’ve ever had. When I say smooth, I mean, well there are just no words to describe it. I assumed it was some obscure custom blend done especially for that particular restaurant and inquired about it. I was told that they served Dubuque Cafe Noir and that it was sold in the hotel’s commissary. I had never heard of Dubuque coffee and so we eagerly purchased several bags to take home. After arriving home, I did some online research and found their website. I have never seen it in stores and so continue to order online. I recommend this coffee to everyone when the subject of coffee comes up.“

“I went here yesterday to try it out, I love an independently owned coffee shop! Fantastic! Great menu with interesting drinks, they do decaf so I got a dulce de leche and it was delicious, not overly sweet. Next time I was to try the Ethiopiacchiato (I think it’s called). Very kind welcoming service. Nicely decorated, great music selection…. Vibes all around. I think I might make it a biweekly work space.“

“Very small coffee shop in a converted auto repair shop. It is pretty small; so not a great place to just chill out as people are generally on top of each other. The coffee is excellent. The prices are a little higher than most other local coffee shops. If the weather permits, they do have a little outdoor patio in the back. A very small parking lot for about 3 cars. Street parking is available.“

“This place is a hidden gem! We’ve eaten here and had coffee here several times and each time it almost gets better! They have a small menu, with some seasonal items, but each thing I’ve had is absolutely delicious! The way they perfectly blend simple flavors, both in their food and their latte flavors, is nothing short of magical. Today I had the almond croissant and it is the perfect combination of buttery, nutty, flaky, and decadent; I got my 12 year old the pumpkin snickerdoodle and he actually said “mmm so soft and crispy with just the right amount of cinnamon.” Oh and the autumn flight was everything I hoped it would be!
