It’s been over two hours and still no food. Not to mention, when we called they just said “it’s on its way.” No major event or rationale of why a pizza should take this long or at the very least the people working being so flippant about it. I understand if you don’t like your job, but at this point, I could have driven to Columbia, MO to get a pizza as carry-out for the amount of time this has taken. PLUS ITS JUST CHEESE, they didn’t even have to get fancy about it. If you have time on your hands, then go here. If you want to eat within the same night as ordering, I’d recommend a different place.

If I could give negative zero I would. Order pizza at 12pm for our boss last day of work. We chose the option of delivery. We didn’t get the pizza until 2pm. It didn’t get in the oven until 1ish . When one of the employee went into the store to pick up pizza to help they GM yelled at our employees saying I’m the only one and alone it’s y'all fault . No i am sorry for the inconvenience . Or coupons or refund.

Stay away...far far away from this Dominos. The owners and managers don't care about customer satisfaction. About a month ago we ordered pizza and 1.5 hours later it finally showed up but was awful. I sent a message to corporate with letting them know what happened. I asked for a manager or owner to call me so they would know what's going on in their establishment and take corrective actions and mabey some retraining. Never received a call even though corporate said I would. We will never order from here again.

KIRKWOOD DOMINOS.THE WORST. I ordered a medium sized thin crust 1 topping pizza (for the first time in years bc the last time it was an awful experience)
and some tots on a Weds nt and the store is literally 5 minutes away. It took them an hour and half to deliver it and it was stone cold, had no toppings and barely any cheese. The box for the tots was open and spilled all over the floor and apparently uncooked. The store attendant was exceedingly rude and unapologetic. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Order literally from any other pizza place on the planet than Dominos. What happened to this place? AWFUL and NEVER AGAIN. No accessible customer service either so they just get away with this horrible behavior.

Never in my life have I dealt with such unprofessional people. I ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery and they finally came and they were so undercooked the dough was almost raw and it was all stuck to the box! I couldn’t even pick the slices up.
I called to hopefully have them remake them and deliver them and a man picked up who said he was a delivery driver so he doesn’t know what to do and he said the “manager” Jasmine did not want to speak on the phone. I was so confused bc of how unprofessional this was.
The “manager” told the guy to tell me that she is not making the pizzas again and that she doesn’t care! Her exact words. It’s almost comical because I’ve never dealt with someone like this.
The guy on the phone felt so bad and couldn’t do anything about it bc the manger could care less…no refund or anything. WORST establishment I’ve ever dealt with!

Long wait times even for carry out. Consistently 30+ minutes for carry out. Sometimes over an hour for delivery. They don’t seem to know what a “well done” pizza is supposed to be because most of the time you will get a doughy wet mess.

On May 17th I had the worst delivery experience of my life. 45 minutes after the order was placed, and 10 minutes after the end of the estimated delivery window, I called this store to find out what was going on. We were getting pizzas for my nephews birthday party, and only had 2 hours with the room we rented. The store never answered, the phone rang for a solid 3 minutes before I gave up. A friend walked to the location to speak to someone about the missing order, she waited a long time before anyone showed up at the counter. At first the order couldn't be found, then a minute later she said it still need to be started but she found it, then a minute later she said the delivery driver was out with it already. Fine, confusing but at least it was on the way. A few minutes later the driver called me and complained she was having trouble finding the address and asked if I could come outside. She was stopped in the middle of traffic holding people up and thought it was more important to harass me over a suite number that she didn't understand how to read rather than to give me my food and clear the road. Abysmal. And now I have spoken to the local management or owner and all they can offer is more food from the same location. All I wanted was some refund for not only a terrible service but for an order that took 3x longer to complete than the original estimate in a situation where I had only a certain amount of time to do food. And two of the pizzas weren't even cut...So I don't care about the refund anymore, but know what you're getting into with this location and this company.

I was passing through St. Louis Missouri and stopped to order a single medium pizza. Next time if I end up passing through, I will certainly NOT return. Waited over 25 minutes for my in person order...completely outrageous...not something I want to happen after driving 12 hrs all day...

First and foremost, this Dominoes needs to change their hours to 11:15am. They will answer and hang up on you before this time even though they open at 10:30am. I have a fundraiser card and could not pre-order online. When someone finally answered, they had trouble with the order, but we got through it. I gave him my address & phone number 3x, confirmed the address again, paid and waited for the pizzas. After an hour, the pizza still hadn't arrived, I called and they told me that they were glad I called. The pizzas were there with no name or address for delivery. The guy took payment but nothing else. After almost 2 hours, the pizzas were delivered by someone who didn't even work there. She was awesome! And even though they were super late, they were delicious. Do better, Domino's!!!
