We almost never eat at Subway, but we go out of our way to visit the South Kirkwood Road location purely because of Rajitha. From the moment you walk through the door, she greets our family by name and remembers our previous orders. Her recommendations on what’s freshest are always spot-on, the sandwich prep is meticulous, and she handles the counter with remarkable speed while still making you feel like a valued guest rather than a rushed transaction. Subway is a small, efficient restaurant with a friendly staff. The team, including Rajita and Raj, are welcoming and provide fast service. Customers often mention the fresh sandwiches, especially the Spicy Italian, which is made perfectly every time with crisp, fresh ingredients. The owners are genuinely friendly, creating a warm, personal atmosphere that makes visitors feel like they are catching up with old friends. Many appreciate the consistent quality and the effort put into making each sandwich. While the restaurant could improve with better lighting and more accessible napkins and utensils, it remains a great spot for a quick meal on the go, especially if in a rush. Customers also enjoy that they sometimes receive a free cookie, and some find the churros disappointing compared to other places. Overall, this location is highly recommended for good value and friendly service.
