Poor service 90% of the time. Most of the staff ( except for 1 or 2) seems to always have an attitude/ be rude, nonchalant, including management. This crew has Zero customer service and courtesy skills. Professionalism is taboo at this location. Drive thru is a joke 99.9% of the time. You'll wait several minutes to have order taken with literally NO ONE else in line and then the excuse is that they are "short staffed" but NO ONE ELSE IS IN LINE. The worst McDonald's I have worked in. The employer makes everything too difficult . I used to work here, and I regret it the first day they taught us basic training in McDonald's, like dropping fries, making burgers, and going on the grill. They weren't being nice to me; I wouldn't recommend working here.

We were the only ones in the store and I waited in front of the cashier for 5 minutes while he proceeded to gossip about other people working there and not even acknowledge me. At this point I decided to use the kiosk. When I walked away he told the lady he always talking to that he offered to help me but he guessed I would rather use the machine.
