I've never had such a horrible experiences as with this store. Avoid at all cost. Terrible staff and management. I get it is a national chain but they are just rude. Hope they close and new owners could come in.
We frequently get pizza at this location. They have car side delivery where you hit “here” and if they don’t come within 2 minutes you get a free pizza. I noticed the past two times they would hit the timer to stop but didn’t come for 5ish minutes. I let it slide because I know they are so busy. I recently ordered and discovered the delivery person added an unauthorized tip to my charge... This is a violation of customer trust! If I didnt have it to offer up front Nothing approves store to add extra cost toward a tip on the back end. That's theft!
