I am really disappointed in my service today. I ordered pasta and a drink today at 11:13 for lunch.. I didn't receive it until after 2:00. It was cold and not even thoroughly cooked. I tried to call multiple times at 11:45 and 12:00 when I realized that my food wasn't going to be delivered during my lunch hour. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. No one helped me or took me off of hold. Poor service!
Updating:
The store manager reached out and after a brief discussion, took good care of me. I went ahead and ordered today, and the order arrived fresh and hot, and as quickly as promised.

Domino’s, I realize you no longer guarantee your pizza will be delivered within 30 min. It has now been over an hour, no sign of pizza, which is ridiculous. I called to check and the guy who answered the phone said he’d be on his way soon. Your app said that our pizzas were inspected 38 min ago. Get your act together, please.
