Food selection is vast, tasty when served, service excellent, only reason I gave only three stars for atmosphere is bc it's jus typical local bar.

This is my favorite bar in St. Louis. My wife and I always go here when we get a chance to get away from the kids. No long waits. Beer is good, food is bar food, which always makes me happy. Great atmosphere, TVs all over with sports on.

Food was okay, but this is the first time I’ve had to pay a service fee to pick up an order. I’m used to paying a service fee when I have food delivered, but what’s the difference between me ordering it in the restaurant or ahead of time and coming in to pick it up?

Ice & Fuel is my go-to spot for what I feel is the best burger in STL. The cooked-to-order freshness is outstanding. With fresh, crisp vegetables and sides, it's hard to beat. If your cardiologist is more forgiving than mine, get a side of onion rings! Drinks are cheaper than most places and the pours are perfect. The staff is always courteous and attentive. Frequent visits and you'll be remembered - that's a great part of going here. My one complaint: It is loud. Very loud. Between 5 and 7 you're probably not going to have a few cocktails and catch up with friends. If yelling people is your thing, you'll love it! Overall Ice & Fuel is a great, underrated beer and burger joint. Check it out!

Food was good. Service was great especially for a large party with no prior notice.
We popped in for a drink and to watch the rest of a mizzou game. The place was packed with people eating and watching. It took no time to get a table and drinks followed just as quickly. I was very impressed with the staff and service. We did not get any food so it's hard to give more stars when all we got to enjoy was the alcohol and vibes. I am excited for the opportunity to try the food and visit again!!!
They seemed to be struggling with staffing like a lot of other restaurants. Though it might take a long time to get your food, the wait staff works their butt off, and the food is delicious!

After being very close by for my husband's work event, we decided to head here with some of his coworkers. This is your typical dive bar, and for a dive bar they are executing above and beyond. Our service was top notch - attentive and friendly. Many in the group got burgers - these are "thickburgers" as my husband calls them, which I prefer vs the current smashburger trend that is going on. The burger and the bun were both tasty. Seasoned fries are the way to go - the crinkle-cut regular fries were a little soggy. Their house-made potato chips are also delish. We started inside, which offers generous, ample seating in a sports/dive bar atmosphere (think lots of neons, wood stools at the high tops, mis-matched chairs at the tables) and their back patio is small but nice. We started inside but ended up outside when one in our party brought his dog.
