Bakery looks amazing. Food is average and the place is so dirty, I'll have to brush all crumbs off my dog!! Not planning in coming back.

I went to Mcarthurs to get a cake made for my husband's welcome home party. He has been away from home for 6 months. I've been really excited to plan this party and getting the cake decorated at Mcarthurs is what I had in mind. When I got there one staff member was very rude to me acting like me wanting to place an order was a bother. She seemed to think it was ridiculous that i wanted to try the flavor of cake before buying it. Luckily the lady who did help me was nice and helpful. If it wasn't for her I would have walked out. Then later I called to change my order that day to a different size cake and was put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. When I told the lady who did answer what happened she said that some clients needs are above others. If it wasn't a hassle to cancel the order and I didn't already pay I would have. Worst experience with the exception of Shea.
