We kept waiting and they forgot to make our order. I proceed to tell them to make it and they said it would take 5 mins to make a simple vanilla shake. The guys in the back had an attitude about making the shake. So disappointed waited almost 30 mins for a shake and an ice cream cup!
The ice cream was great!
Ice cream is great but wait time is weirdly very long. You would almost think they are making the ice cream (like Icees in Shaw neighborhood) since there are about four employees in the back scooping. Place unfortunately very dirty and trash overflowing.
Took 46 minutes to get 3 ice cream cones from the time of order, not including the 25 minutes in line to gey to order. The ice cream was good so 1 star, but we will never be back. Worse service ever at an ice cream shop!!!! Only go if you have time to waste, which we have a family member in hospital and did not have that time to give while employees played around.

Wow — I never leave bad reviews, but the girl working on Sunday was incredibly rude and had zero customer service skills. She ignored us for what felt like forever, even though the place was empty. I actually caught myself rolling my eyes because it was so awkward and disrespectful. Definitely not a pleasant experience.
