Always clean, friendly staff, delicious ice cream!

Wow — I never leave bad reviews, but the girl working on Sunday was incredibly rude and had zero customer service skills. She ignored us for what felt like forever, even though the place was empty. I actually caught myself rolling my eyes because it was so awkward and disrespectful. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

Great ice cream, questionable politics

Girl with blue eyes and long lashes was by FAR the best retail worker I’ve ever met in my life. I walked in after a hard day of work just wanted a scoop of cookie dough and I was met with nothing short of a charismatic and exceptional young lady. She conducted the interaction with a smile on her face, and a positive attitude. Thank you for turning my frown upside down. 💕

Got their turtle was great

We came on Labor day and Jack was amazing with his level of service. He appeared to be working solo for awhile but he was swift and friendly. We loved our first experience and would definitely shout out Jack for his hard work.

Order from here frequently and recently they have been HORRIBLE w their order accuracy. Just had a delivery where only half the order was put into the bag for our driver.

This place has recently received some negative reviews so I was hesitant to give it a try, but we were checking out a nearby dance studio for our daughter nearby so we popped in.

We received excellent service. The young man working the register was patient with us as it was our first time, our order came out quickly and was delivered kindly, and the ice cream itself was delicious and the portions were generous.

We will definitely be back.

The server that took my order with the brown hair and blonde highlights and beautiful sea blue eyes was so spectacular at her job she was such a delight to take to and made me feel so welcome at this establishment. She was also very easy on the eyes and made the best ice cream i’ve ever tasted. I will be returning shortly.

Omggg where do I start with the mean sassy manager by the name of Matt,he treated me as if it was some racist mess going on,I frequent the store at least twice a week & some days with my grand children,tonight I had to call corporate on Matt,I tip every time I visit the store,I’m nice to everyone and vice versa but that Matt is just to sassy to be working at an ice cream shop,I will not return as long as he’s there,my banana split was like a kid cup with bananas,when spending a lot of money for ice cream I think that the customer service should be much better…Send Matt somewhere else!

Sadly the only thing missing is the ice cream. Ordered a turtle sundae and I literally had to search for the ice cream buried under the whipped cream and toppings. There was maybe 4 bites. Shouldn’t the ice cream be the star of the show at an ice cream shop? Also, there were 7 employees doing nothing as we were the only customers at 6:30 on a Saturday nite. First time here, sorry Ted Drews…we should have known better! Never again!

The ice cream was delicious. The people working there were sullen and barely spoke. They made little effort to be welcoming or helpful. No eye contact or smile.

Can’t go wrong with Oberweis! Butter Pecan, Dulce De Leche are the absolute best flavors. The ice cream is soft, creamy, and the perfect sweetness. This place is always amazing no matter the location.
