I guess I have to admit that Qdoba is not what it used to be. Sadly, Chipotle has taken over. I like Qdoba because of the flavor and the free guac and queso, but the flavor is not there anymore. It's not even worth it to be cheap. I should have went with my first mind to go to Chipotle and not been cheap, but I'm glad to know that you'll need to revamp some stuff or else it'll be a thing of the past. There is literally nobody in there so the food is sitting for God knows how long, and it looks old because it hasn't been touched frequently and replenished because there's no business. 😔

I get plain burritos just steak cheese and rice. They did not even give a full scoop and when asked to make it right she said it would be $4. I do not get any other toppings, so I would at least appreciate the one scoop I paid for.

Food is great, atmosphere clean, and service could be a little better. Workers always seem as if they do not want to be there. If you order a kids' meal, the kid must be with you. Therefore, do not try to pick up dinner before you get home from work.

They never disappoint! The manager Terrance has the best customer service I've experienced from a food establishment in a long time! The food was fresh and hot as always and the other young ladies were amazing as well. A great manager makes a great staff!! Keep it up Qdoba!!!!!!!

What is going on with these employees?! They are openly rude an unaccommodating to customers. I watched one customer, who came in to pick up an online order, request a refund of an item because it wasn't there. Staff said their were out of the soup. And no, he couldn't have a refund because he'd already paid (isn't that why you get a refund?). He rightly made the point that he didn't get what he ordered and paid for. They basically told him tough. Talk to a manager. Then it was my turn. When the staff person put more than a cup of cheese on my order, I gasped and asked for it to be reduced. She was offended, rolled her eyes, scoop a small amount and snarkily asked if that was good enough. Then the next staff person asked if I'd like my order bagged. Yes, please. And she was angry that I took her up on the offer. All this crap service, and I'm asked to leave a tip! NOOOOOO! No tip for you! This isn't the first time these two have provided rude service. Get new staff or loose customers.

I just left Qdoba and Kirkwood and tried to order three tacos and the gal working behind the counter was using an absolutely filthy taco stand. It had dried salsa on it and lettuce from earlier in the day and she put all three tacos shells on it and had every intention of putting my food on there.All of food sitting out was old and dried up looking. There were 3 employees all standing wrong doing nothing when we can in. The store a as a whole was filthy as well. I will never be back.

Went here tonight for their buy one get one offer and our hot and sweet chicken bowl had RAW chicken, not even a little undercooked… I know they were busy due to the promo but this is unacceptable and a serious food safety issue.

I was charged for more tacos than I ordered. When I raised the issue, I was initially ignored and then informed that a refund wasn’t possible—without any apology. This experience is especially disappointing since I have always been courteous, even tipping when requested in the past.
