We arrived before our reservation time but were seated immediately. They restaurant was on the quiet side which was nice so you could easily have a conversation. The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable and explained the many specials available. The salads and main meal were presented in good time without extended waits or feeling rushed. The meals were exceptional, I having the Sea Bass which was very flavorful and my wife having the Grigliata di Scampi which was wonderful....
We have aways enjoyed Sapore Italian Grill, but thought that the food served was not as high quality as we normanlly receive. My wife had the scallops special based upon the recommendation of of our waiter. They were breaded and they were overcooked. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and most of it was good, but half of it was dry. We were disappointed in two of thew most expensive things on the menu at $58 each.
All in all, dinner was enjoyable. They were very busy inside and on the patio, so our server always seemed in too much of a hurry to listen to our questions or requests. We go there often and will continue to do so.
