I came in on Tuesday around 12:15 for a slim and trim smoothie with vanilla and banana I have been puking and throwing up ever since I’m not sure if machines where not cleaned or if something was left out but I am going on day three of sickness and now I am seeking medical help first thing in the morning it sucks that’s it’s thanksgiving and I can’t eat anything.

I called in and spoke with Katrina to place an order for 16 smoothies. The first smoothie king I called was short staffed and could not handle this order. Not only did Katrina at the Kirkwood location take my order with joy over the phone, but I noticed, as I arrived to pick up the smoothies, that she was the only one in the store handling everything on her own…And doing so with an attitude that makes customers take notice! I’m sure this is feedback that you have heard before about this incredible employee, but wanted to take a moment to highlight the impact she made on my day and her caring way to do her job and do it well With a smile. She even rinsed off the fruit before she put it in the bowl! Katrina, you are special.

Came into the kirkwood location after getting blood drawn next door at quest, and received a warm greeting from associate Katrina. They were so helpful and friendly, and really upgraded my experience by suggesting the strawberry kiwi freeze with a couple scoops of protein. Katrina was so lovely and 10/10 would come back with a friend
