This place has fallen off hard. They are always short staffed. They used to have my favorite burger. Now the quality is poor especially on the burgers. None of the screens work except for like 5 for ordering. The staff does their best with what they have. Also, they no longer have watmelon flavor for drinks. It was my favorite but that's less important. Everytime I come here I have to try like 3 different stalls to order. Get it together.
the manager, greta, is one of the greatest managers i’ve had to deal with ‼️ i got one of those epic pretzels they have and i calmly waited there (bc ya know, they’re talking a lot of orders) and then they gave it to me and were SO NICE like they literally gave me a rootbeer float for waiting and they were so efficient and they seemed like they were good at planning bc they were super prepared and they cared about everything they were doing and this was the best thing...
Haven't had sonic in I would say over 20 years..my kids wanted to go so we went and well it's all the same. Lol. Must be doing something right if the same branding and food quality has worked for that long!
