Crestwood Starbucks at 9500 Watson rd is the worst store ever. Three times this summer I have had horrible experiences including my free birthday drink when I got schooled on ordering drinks. The employees never follow orders well and don't mention that they are out of something but instead load drinks down with ice and don't tell customer.
The Baristas are the best there. Polite, friendly and some of them are pretty Hot too!!!😂😂😂

Based on five reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has friendly and helpful staff who provide great customer service. One staff member was so sweet that she bought a new drink for a customer who spilled theirs. The drive-thru is very fast and correct, and the app makes ordering easy. However, the location is very small with blaring music and no USB ports or outlets to charge devices. The parking lot feels small but is never an issue. The recent 2024 renovation made the cafe no longer welcoming or cozy. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible. The staff once had just enough mocha to make a drink work, and the customer appreciated the effort.
