We stopped in after walking around the area. It’s off season so we were the only ones in there. There was a young girl working who was friendly and answered all of our questions. There are tons of flavors to choose from and they have homemade waffle cones/bowls. The ice cream and waffle bowls were delicious. Prices seem fair for what you get.
The place did seem a little cluttered and probably not the cleanest but most older businesses aren’t. I personally love these older places.
I will say on the other side of the store there are items for sale that could be considered political. (they did have some gorgeous wood flags) If your easily bothered by these things this probably isn’t your place.
Fresh squeezed lemonade is awesome. We like that family businesses are still in the town and like giving them our support.

I don’t know, I just feel like it was wayyy too liberal for an ice cream shop. Like come on guys
I am in shock this business is still operating with customers, it deserves a zero. And after reading the past reviews and the way the owner addresses issues, I’m am baffled.
Our experience made my family extremely uncomfortable. From the moment of walking through the parking lot and dodging political decor and propagande to the immediate stares of disgust walking through the doors with my multi racial son from all the workers (2 young boys and 2 women). Also from my son smiling at the older woman behind the register and her rolling her eyes at him. To me asking a questions about the ice cream for me to receive eye rolling rude comment from the other women worker. We will never go back and I highly suggest if you are a different race you are not welcome there. We took our business to Randy Frozen Custard and they were extremely professional and kind! Go there!
The staff seemed friendly enough. The ice cream was not anything special. The store is covered in Trump stuff outside and inside. We ate our ice cream outside and left.
Crappy ice cream that left me feeling sad not to mention the place was a little to trumpy and politically based for my taste.
