The last couple times me and my boyfriend have came here they are the slowest place I have ever been too. We pulled up at 8:50 on Saturday 05/24 and we did not leave untill 9:30 with our order. There were maybe three cars ahead they didn’t not apologize for the wait instead the guy had the audacity to ask for a tip.

The portions are smaller than what the customer is paying for. I picked up an online order for a Love It. My cup was barely half-full. Give the customer what they paid for.

Spent $56 on a cake, just to have it melt seconds after leaving coldstone.

It was my wife’s 25th birthday today, and I had never tried coldstone custom cakes. We signed up for an 7:00 pickup time and got there at 7:30 (so maybe that’s why?). We were grocery shopping for her birthday meal. When we got there, we were told it started melting so they were blast freezing it. After waiting 15 minutes in restaurant, we saw the cake and it looked perfect. We accepted it, and left the store.

As we were driving away from the parking lot, it started melting. At this point, it’s already 7:50pm/8pm. When we got it home, it was even worse. To be honest, for the price point this is not worth it. I grew up with Dairy Queen cakes and never had one melt on the way home. My birthday is next week and I’m timid to put in another order.

At the same time, I’m a baker and could have made my wife her own cake, better quality for even less than coldstone. In an economy where we really have to pick and choose who gets our business, I think coldstone is losing out cake wise. The other option before accepting your custom cake, let it sit on the counter for a couple minutes or in the car before leaving #CakeCheck. It just sucks to have a birthday cake of this quality at this price point.

Edit: immediately when I got home, I decided to freeze it. But it was too far gone to even help. The quality doesn’t match the price tag either, the cake was super dry. If I have any personal advice, the bigger pricetag doesn’t mean it’s better. Even under the popular brand name of “Coldstone”. Maybe at another location it’s better. However, save your money and look at Baskin Robins, Dairy Queen or Costco.

Also, had a call earlier from the store, the letter was initially supposed to be written in White lettering. However, I was told that the frosting was “chunky” and unusable, so they asked for another color to which I said purple. If there’s chunky icing, I have a feeling there’s quality problems overall. That should have been my first red flag, but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Looking forward to my call with corporate tomorrow.

Imagine being the store manager and being proud of your job lol. It's 7pm, three employees, two customers, one disgusting milkshake, and zero drive thru. Why did it take 20 minutes and why didn't anyone come out to help??? April 9th is 8 days after April Fool's. Jokes on you, pal.

We've been to this location quite a few times and every time it's a horrible experience. The service is awful and unfriendly. The first time we went it took them almost 45 minutes for us to get our ice cream since I have a nut allergy. After that we started ordering it online so we wouldn't have to wait so long, but by the time we get there they haven't even started on it because they don't check their systems for online orders. So we still have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

Their ice cream is awesome and we love it everytime. But the customer service is a 0/5. We order online and it always gets ignored so we have to wait for them to make it anywyas. Then I mention it's a nut allergy and get tons of attitude from the staff.

We loved coming here but now it's just not worth the hassle or the wait

Waited 20 minutes in drive up to pick up online order. No one else in line inside or out. When we finally got our milkshakes they were melted and watery. No thank you for waiting, just here you go. Poor service and shakes were sad.

This location could improve cleanliness and customer service. The mixing stone was unclean, portions were smaller than ordered, and an employee was unhelpful.. could have done better. Better service and attentiveness would enhance the experience.

Its very worst experience here. I have been to many coldstone locations so far. This ColdStone is not at all clean. And stone is FILTHY. There’s Chinese/vietnamese girl who is very arrogant. Bad customer service. Didn't even ask for rewards. I will never comeback here again. We hesitate to ask for samples for that kind of attitude. Gave us small quantity than we ordered.Felt like staff behaviour was discriminatory.

The staff completely ignore the drive through, there was one car at the window when I pulled up and a car pulled up behind me. They asked for a moment and I ended up waiting 35 minutes trapped between two cars. The car behind me finally backed up and left so I left as well, never speaking again with the staff. Went down the street to Andy's, with 4 cars in line I had my order taken immediately and received my ice cream within 5 minutes, plus its cheaper. Don't waste your time with Coldstone.

Service is terrible, which is impressive cuz it's just an ice cream joint. It's super expensive, always a long wait, and it's not even that good. Go to Dairy Queen instead, you'll be happy you did.

Was absolutely packed we waited an hour for our shake and smoothie at no fault to the boys working they had the store flooded with people but kept going and made sure everyones stuff was perfect great staff, great atmosphere!
