Consistently great customer service. Whenever I visited, the restaurant was very clean.
Ordered in app and when I arrived 5 minutes after the stated time that it would be ready, my order was nowhere to be found. After they questioned if I actually ordered, they found that they had lost the ticket and reprinted my ticket. I was put into the back of the queue instead of being put at the front and watched as everyone else got their sandwich before making mine. They didn't seem to care that my order was lost. Freaky slow instead of freaky fast.

It was alright. The meat was decent but I didn't care for the way the sandwiches were prepared and wished there were more toppings and condiments to choose from.
they forgot a sandwhich and we had to drive back but we got it remade charge free.

It’s become an issue with Jimmy John’s that they consistently miss things in their delivery orders. I want to emphasize, consistently. They transfer deliveries to third party delivery companies and whether it’s Jimmy John’s drivers themselves or third party, chips, desserts, drinks. There’s always something missing. It’s not just this location, but seems to be pretty area wide. Before moving to this area two years ago, I called a location after they left chips out and the on duty shift manager called me a liar over the phone. I contacted corporate and they took my information to send me something in the mail. It was a $5 gift card. For being called a liar for missing food on my order. This company is an absolute joke. I will not be submitting this feedback to your survey system unless there’s a guarantee for action or remediation. Freaky slow, freaky mediocre, and freaky inaccurate.

I asked the cashier to leave bread in the middle. She relayed the message while the crew member was in the process of finishing my sandwich. I was accused of telling them too late and they gave me a sandwich with the bread dug out and a whole in the bread. I threw it all away.And I spent over $41

You have got to be kidding me. I paid $26 for 2 sandwiches and this is what they give me. Terrible. Will never return. Sidenote, The 1 lady at the window was nice.
One of the worst Jimmy John's in the nation. Every online order is wrong. No attention to detail or order choices that was selected in the app. I have tried this location months apart and at different times of the day. Lunch or dinner the order is extremely wrong. This location is either over staffed with teenagers goofing off or under staffed with a burned out employee ready to clock out. Very disappointing to arrive home open the paper wrapper and find a dry sandwich with no vegetables or completely wrong items on it. I will drive out to other JJ's even if out of my way to get a correct sandwich.

Terrible experience, starting with running out of regular sub sandwich bread in the afternoon to getting a VERY disappointing sliced wheat bread sandwich made in its place; I could have made a better sandwich at home with the random ingredients I had and come out $10 ahead.Left feedback at the link that JJ's is pushing for all of these negative comments - and heard nothing back after weeks. I guess it's a pretty good ploy to make JJ's look like they care by responding to poor reviews, but not actually doing anything. I'll definitely be taking my money elsewhere.
