Other than having to check my order before I leave for accuracy every time, which I do at every drive thru, they are friendly and great food.
I just moved to this part of O’Fallon about a month and a half ago. We, my three kids and I, go thru this particular Lake St. Louis McDonald’s (HAWK RIDGE LAKE STL) usually every morning, and even a couple times a week after school for an ice cream! Lately at least once a week they get something in our order wrong. Ordered a McNugget Happy Meal this afternoon. Instead of nuggets, this was in the box. Also out of a lot of items: ranch, frozen drinks, Diet Coke, Sprite, to name just a few …. Also, the drive thru line was EXTREMELY slow, which is typical for this location. Obviously not going back, and not holding my breath for a refund.
