I had such a great experience at Cold Stone! I came in a couple days ago for the first time and Rachael was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took her time, had a great attitude, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell she really cares about giving customers a great experience. There was only one person behind the counter, and she was working very hard. She was very pleasant to each customer, even though it would have been easy to feel overwhelmed. The Icecream was delicious!
