“My life was saved. I have been coming to Coldstone for years and enjoyed my service in years past. I have gotten to know this worker Carter, shown below, very well. Carter is a kind hearted man that is sadly leaving us for college very soon, but tonight he jumped into action. As I had sustain a previous wound that was freshly cut open Carter came save me and patch my thrashing cut up. Carter has not only been a loyal worker but also a heroic one that deserves a substantial raise. Any workplace/environment would be lucky to have a man as kind, caring, and as thoughtful as he is.“
“Went through the drive-thru the other night and did have a bit of a wait (no problem for me) and when I got to the window I could see how every person inside was working so incredibly hard to get orders out, plus everyone had a smile on their faces. When I received my food, unfortunately it was not the correct order, (again, no issue for me) so I went inside and was met by the nicest women at the front who told me she would remake the correct order for me. While inside I could see how busy the staff still was, and how hard they were working. These workers are doing an amazing job and should be incredibly proud of themselves. I received my food and a smile from the women at the front and left very happy. Great place!“

“Above and beyond! I contacted someone from this bakery through messenger. I was trying to pull off a surprise donut delivery for my husband and his work crew. She always messaged me right back and was fully on board with my idea. I also asked her if she sold balloons, but she did not.....however, she offered to go pick up a few balloons for me to go with the donut delivery. Like seriously, what an AMAZING gesture. We live pretty far away from this bakery, but he works nearby, which is why I originally decided to look further into their business. Their reviews were awesome, so I decided to give them a try. I am so impressed with the level of customer service and how she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for this order. It is almost impossible to find great service like this anymore. “Ordered a Rueben sandwich ,fries, and a drink. They were out of regular cups, they had hardly any sodas available. I got my sandwich and it seemed kinda skimpy. I took one bite and realized there was no meat on it. It was just Swiss cheese and saurkraut. The girl when I came yo the counter said well I will have to talk to the manager .“
“I’m not the biggest ice cream fan. Usually a chocolate malt kind girl. But they make their own flavors here. They have a biscoff cookie flavor, and it was worth every penny!! I would choose it over a malt!!Dietary restrictions: My son who IG gluten, wheat and corn free could also have their ice cream, which is rare but since they handmade it was sugar and not corn syrup!!“
