I occasionally drive for a food delivery service and went here to pickup an order today 9/6/2025. Since we are directed as drivers to first and foremost try to pickup all orders in the lobby before trying anything else, I went into the lobby because their door was unlocked and the lobby lights were on and it looked open like normal. I go in and ask if I can pickup the order as they have it complete and sitting there behind the counter and I get looked at in an accusatory manor and yelled at by who I assume was the manager on duty that their lobby is closed and if I dont leave that shes going to call the police. First of all if your lobby is closed you should lock the doors and turn the lobby lights off. Second of all don't yell at your patrons/delivery drivers and threaten them with the cops because of your poor housekeeping. Third by not giving me the order then and there and just politely informing me for next time that your lobby is closed after X time and to just use the drive thru in the future your now getting put on blast for all to see on your own reviews board. I get that I may have been in the wrong technically but there is an amicable way to go about a misunderstanding such as this and this certainly wasn't the way to do it. I hope everyone who see's this understands just how utterly rude and disrespectful the management and staff at this location are and steers clear from here because of it.

Listen i know ordering mcdonalds at 3:30 am isn’t the brightest idea but why did you have to punch my sandwiches. Im working an overnight and having just as bad of a time as they are. Simple order three double cheeseburgers with no mustard or onion. Received two near burned patties with pickles hidden in the cheese holding them together. Step up your game we are in Missouri not Oklahoma. (The ketchup is from a sauce packet we had at work)

The Fanta freeze was great, but my Oreo McFlurry was just a cup of vanilla ice cream with a sprinkling of Oreo crumbs on top...

Update: Today I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle sub round egg add bacon, and they replaced my sausage patty with a second round egg lmao

This is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been too. I tell my self and my kids we never coming back to this one. then I give them a chance and they screw up something again.

Then when I try and ask about my order. No one bats an eye.

Worst McDonalds ever. I’ll drive out of the way for better service

Horrible service last time I went. Employees were eating behind the counter, manager was just standing around doing nothing. Husband and I sat and ate, noticed loud laughing, and employee starting cussing very loudly while they were joking around instead of working. There was a Mom with her young child within ear shot of all this. Manager came over, very unprofessional as we were telling her what we were witnessing. She told me and my husband that they're just having fun at work. Will only go through the drive thru. It's very dirty in there and disrespectful young adults working including the manager.

I spent 1$ on sauces to which the typical dumb Mc Donald’s worker gave me hot mustard when I CLEARLY PAID FOR BUFFALO I got home and my kids were crying because they did not have there sauce that I so dearly paid a dollar for and now there meal is ruined.

The employees are rude and they make you pull around even if no one is in line. I had to pull around and wait for two cheeseburgers.

At the drive thru employee yelled at me when I asked why taking 3 orders from lane 1 before taking 1 order from lane 2. She yelled thru speaker there’s 2 ppl taking orders what do you want?? Spoke to Aaron at the window who was the rudest condescending person i encountered. He looked at me with scowl and said what? I didn’t hear anything .
Usually encounter very nice ppl there but Aaron needs some retraining in customer service

My sandwich was bread..... the meat patty was tiny, and meat patty didn't exist.... for what i pay for fast food nowadays, I need an actual burger... step it up McDonald's

The coffee was cold and theydidn't give me any cream or equal and there was coffee ground at the bottom of the cup.very disappointed.

Every time, my family and I have gone here (which is very seldom to begin with). Our orders are either incorrect or we straight up don't get parts (an entire burger in our cases) of our meal... DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE
