Our order was messed up. They forgot the drinks. Got my daughter order completely wrong, she is gluten free and lactose intolerant. It was a bit of a disappointment as we never have issues.

The poor workers had customers everywhere and the manager looked at her while she was trying to help check people out and get pastries the manager walks outside by her car and starts to smoke my family walked out and I will not be going back any time soon that was such bs for a manager to watch an employee need help and not to help them I feel sorry for the poor workers that have to deal with Amanda the manager that disrespects her own employees maybe bread co needs to retain respect

Panera quality has declined over the last few years. Prices continue to go up and portions get smaller and smaller.. $30 for pick 2 with 2 small drinks and the sandwich had 4 small slivers of chicken and Greek salad just tasted like oil...maybe they didn't shake the dressing so I had to ask for another.
Went to the location to get a late morning breakfast sandwich. Was in drive thru line in plenty of time and waited over 15 minutes to get order with only one car in front to be told “breakfast is over” at 1035.

I placed on online order for drive through so I could make it to class on time. I had plenty of time to get there and for them to make it (about 20- 25minutes). When I arrived the drive through was too long so I went inside as my app said my food was ready and my food was on "delay" as soon as I talked to someone about the issue. I was told it will be ready in 5 minutes. I was told that 2 times and ended up waiting another 10 minutes for HALF A SANDWICH and a bag of chips.

I've never met a more narrow sandwich than the Spicy Fiesta Sandwich that this location makes. Extremely heavy on the bread, though only 3 inches across, and for all the hundred toppings it advertises, you get a single bite of each. Nothing about this sandwich is spicy lol
Also, your soups have been cooked through already once. Why on the actual earth does the LSL location insist on heating every soup to a burning state?
