Twice now I have ordered through the app, gone to pick it up (I do drive thru because of a bad knee) only to be told at window they are are out of what I ordered. Their inventory tracker or whatever you call it does not work. What I learned is they will give your food away to walk ins first. I'll try the one on K next and if same issue McAllister's will be in my future.

Most jacked up service I have ever experienced. So slow that I am literally writing my review as I wait. Been sent to different places to get food and customers are incredibly confused as not clear guidance i given. What a joke of a place.
The new chicken pesto dipper sandwich is terrible. It tastes like rubber. Very processed. Tastes like fake food.

I ordered 3 cinnamon crunch bagels today. When I got them home before I opened the bag my wife said I should not have bought them because they changed the way they are made, she had bought one a few days before. I looked at them and there was very little cinnamon on top I then cut into it and it was doughy, I tasted it and honestly the bagel tasted horrible. It is said when a company screws their loyal customers to save a dollar.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! Absolutely horrible everytime. This is very typical of them here, but I just came through the drive through with 1 other person in front of me in line, and I was in that line for 30+ minutes. It’s absurd and on TOP of that, they never fail to mess up the order. I got the chicken strawberry caprese salad and I get home and open it to find a salad with 1 single strawberry cut up into 4 baby slices and ZERO chicken, but instead a hard boiled egg. The OTHER half of my pick 2 was broccoli cheddar soup, which there’s no broccoli in. It’s just a cup of grinded up mush and tastes horrible. I’ve never been the type to leave reviews but I’m extremely furious with this right now and this is a CONSISTENT thing that happens at this location specifically. I’ve never had problems with any other location.
They should shut this location down, being that they regularly fail in quality. This food is far too expensive to be this poor in quality

Our order was messed up. They forgot the drinks. Got my daughter order completely wrong, she is gluten free and lactose intolerant. It was a bit of a disappointment as we never have issues.
everytime i go in the afternoon (3:30+) they are alwayes out of bagels and the service is slow. wasn't like that in the past.
The food was excellent, service is always friendly and the drive-through moved quickly.
Jen is such a delight favorite person to see when I go in the morning time!!
Mediocre food. Worse management. Literally didn’t care at all order. Order was extremely late and manager was rude about. Not coming back.
