“My husband surprised me at Christmas with tickets to the January Farmhouse Dinner event. The whole experience was outstanding. We really enjoyed each course, and they somehow created the perfect pairing with a wine that elevated each dish.
The first course might have been my favorite, but only because a warm hearty soup is so comforting on a cold winter’s night. It was accompanied by a homemade biscuit, which was delicious.
The fourth course was another favorite, because the chef managed to cut the prime rib into thin slices and I’ve never had it that way before. The sauce and the mashed potatoes were divine.
As expected, the portions were right sized for a 5-course meal, and the wine pours were just right as well. I was impressed by their wine selections and I truly enjoyed everything we tasted.
The chef came out when each course was served to give us a bit of background about how it was prepared.
The owner gave a brief intro to the wine selection/pairing, but come to find out, they were grieving a loss and had just faced personal family heartache, so it was incredible that they were able to pull off this event, under those circumstances.
This place is usually a bike ride destination for us, so it was a treat to have another way to appreciate the venue. I told my husband that I would love to do this again!“

It is open seating, there are several clusters of chairs and firepits, but you have to get there pretty early to score those. Bring your camping chair and enjoy the live music on the turf. “All Chinese restaurants in St. Louis are what I call fake Chinese food. However, I like to judge them by how they make their Singapore Mei fun which is what I always order. Well this one is delicious! Mei fun means rice noodles and Singapore Mei fun has all the meats including shrimp chicken beef and Chinese bbq pork in a slightly spicy yellow curry sauce. I give 5 star also for friendliness!“

One of the things that immediately stood out is the wide range of flavors and drink options they offer. For a drive-thru coffee place, the variety is impressive — from classic coffees to fun flavored lattes, mochas, and seasonal specials. There’s genuinely something for everyone, no matter your taste.
We tried the Mocha, Iced Latte, and Hot Latte, and all three were consistently good. The Mocha had a perfect blend of chocolate and espresso, neither too sweet nor too strong. The Iced Latte was refreshing, smooth, and well-balanced, not diluted like many iced coffees can be. The Hot Latte was rich, comforting, and made with noticeable care, which speaks highly of their quality across multiple locations.

“It's normally a good time for a couple of drinks and relax. When we paid the bartender, I was tipping her when she grabbed $3 from the bar so fast without saying a word. I was going to add $5 to it, but she didn't want it, I guess. We only had 2 beers each. Sad reality is that the service industry now expects tips but doesn't want to earn any.“
